How long does it take to receive the kit once I complete my order online?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped you’ll receive a shipping confirmation notice.
Can I rush my order & shipment?
Yes. Rush on the the Original Speed Dating Kit include expedited processing and express shipping. The cost is $50.00 and orders will be shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. Rush orders submitted on Sunday within 48 hours.
Please note: All Custom Speed Dating Kits may take up to 48 hours for processing (we’ll need to have your logo and extra time for printing) and includes express shipping, once your custom kit is ready to ship.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally. For details about pricing, email us at email@example.com or submit an inquiry on our contact page.
Can I put my own logo on the kit?
Yes. You can get a kit with your custom logo included. Please note that custom kits require longer processing. Click here to order a customized speed dating kit.
What is your refund policy for your Original Speed Dating Kit?
Speed Dating Kits can be returned for a full refund as long as the kit is in its original condition and you have not accessed or downloaded the digital documents that are included with the kit. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Before sending back your kit YOU MUST submit a return request and wait to receive your RETURN#. This information must be included with your return to make sure your item is tracked and refunded properly.
What is your refund policy for a Customized Speed Dating Kit?
Because of the time and resources necessary to create custom Speed Dating Kits, and customized speed orders are non-refundable or exchangeable all sales are final. Prior to ordering your kit we highly recommend you speak with a customer service representative to ask any questions before you make your purchase. Please make sure your artwork is in hi-resolution format before sending it in.
Do you provide customer support?
All Speed Dating Kits come with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This can be used to help answer any questions as it pertains to using the speed dating kit and the digital contents to help plan your event(s). We also offer ongoing email support for questions about using the speed dating kit.

Can Match in Six plan or host a Speed Dating event for my group/ club/ association/ organization?
