My pick of the week for first date spot is Botekim Brazilian Bistro in Marietta. This cute little restaurant has a great menu selection as well as an amazing wine and cocktail selection. I suggest trying starting out with the “Bolinho De Aipim Com Carne” (Yucca Fritters) with a Mango Martini cocktail. Rather you’re sitting at the bar or at a table for two, you’ll enjoy the smooth ambiance of international Brazilian flavor, and not just in the food. I personally like this spot because the food is consistently delicious and their staff makes you feel like a VIP guest. If you’re looking to try something a bit different, and even exotic to make for a special first date– This is my pick. You can’t go wrong on a first date here– unless you don’t show up.
