We were in the room first
The kit was born at a party, not in a template shop.
It started in 2007 at an Elevated Events cocktail and fashion show. The singles were pulled from the crowd. The venue asked for it again. Then it became monthly, then Latte Dates in a boutique coffee shoppe in Toledo, Ohio, and Match in Six was born.
The kit ran more than 100 of our own events before it was ever for sale. When it launched, the first order came in within a week. Since then it has shipped from New York to LA and everywhere in between, and on to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, Europe and Africa.

What is speed dating, exactly?
Guests rotate through short one-on-one conversations, usually six minutes each. Everyone marks who they would like to see again. Only mutual matches are shared after the event, so nobody is put on the spot.
Can I run an event myself?
